摘 要:以某车用柴油机为研究对象,对其特征工况进行自定义,通过调节额定工况边界条件,基于正交试验理论,对边界条件进行划分,并对不同工况下油耗、原机排放进行了测试。试验表明,在各自定义工况下,进气负压、中冷后温度、排气背压的增加,均会引起比油耗的增加;进气负压、排气背压增加引起NOx比排放减少,中冷后温度增加引起NOx比排放增加。This article takes a vehicle diesel engine as the research object,customizes its characteristic working conditions,adjusts the boundary conditions of rated working conditions,divides the boundary conditions based on the orthogonal test theory,and analyzes the fuel consumption and original engine emissions under different working conditions.taking the test.Tests have shown that,under each custom operating condition,the increase in intake negative pressure,the intake air temperature after intercooler,and the exhaust back pressure will cause an increase in specific fuel consumption;the increase in intake negative pressure and exhaust back pressure will cause a reduction in specific NOx emissions,the increase in the intake air temperature after intercooler causes an increase in specific NOx emissions.
