摘　　要：在汽车的制造中,白车身总成的焊接,通常使用悬挂点焊机进行驾驶室的焊接,然而在焊接过程中易出现虚焊(焊接不牢)的现象,对焊接质量造成影响。文章主要介绍在悬挂点焊机出现虚焊故障时的分析与排除。In the manufacture of automobile,the welding of white body assembly,usually using hanging spot welding machine to weld the cab,however,it is easy to appear the phenomenon of virtual welding(welding is not firm)in the welding process,which affects the welding quality.This paper mainly introduces the analysis and elimination of virtual welding faults in hanging spot welding machine.
