摘　　要：废钢的天车配料计量设备的技术创新,突破了废钢抗砸秤不耐砸、故障率高、计量失准的技术瓶颈,将以往粗框的计量方式,转变为一步到位的计量模式,既能对每一废钢品种的准确计量,又能对配料合成后的总重准确计量。通过解决废钢配料过程中的精准计量、智慧计量,避免生产过程中的重复计量、避免重复投资,实现炼钢经济效益的最大化、炼钢品质再提升的管理目标。The technical innovation of the crane batching and measuring equipment of scrap steel has broken through the technical bottleneck of the scrap steel anti-battering scale,high failure rate and mismeasurement,and transformed the previous measurement method of rough frame into a one-step measurement mode,which can not only accurately measure each scrap variety,but also accurately measure the total weight of the composite batching.The management goal of maximizing the economic benefit of steelmaking and improving the quality of steelmaking can be achieved by solving precise and intelligent measurement in the process of scrap steel battering,avoiding repeated measurement and investment in the production process.
