摘　　要：本文介绍了新钢焦化厂原有配煤配料秤控制系统,于10多年前设计、投用,配合煤配比准确率低于行业先进水平,已不能满足当下的生产需求,严重影响焦炭质量。为了提升配料精度,降低设备故障率,降低维护成本,2018年2月开始在原有设备基础上,研发配料稳定、精度高、操作简便、易于维护的新型配料秤控制系统,2018年7月新配料秤控制系统全部投入使用,应用效果良好。This paper introduces the original control system of coal blending scale in xingang coking plant,which was designed and put into use more than 10 years ago.In order to improve the accuracy of batching,reduce the failure rate of equipment and reduce the maintenance cost,a new batching scale control system with stable batching,high accuracy,simple operation and easy maintenance was developed from February 2018 on the basis of the original equipment.In July 2018,the new batching scale control system was put into use with good application effect.
