摘　　要：本文从理论上分析了温度对电阻应变式测力传感器输出灵敏度的影响,进而讨论了电阻应变式测力传感器输出灵敏度的温度补偿(sensitivity temperature compensation)方法。最后,通过试验表明这些方法是有效的,可被广泛用于实践中。This paper theoretically analyzes the influence of temperature on the output sensitivity of resistance strain type force sensor,and then discusses the temperature compensation method for the output sensitivity of resistance strain type force sensor.Finally,the experiments show that these methods are effective and can be widely used in practice.
