摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,居民社区在社会管理过程中的作用越来越重要。近年来,社区在基础设施建设方面取得了明显提升。但是,伴随在新形势下的新需求,社区在服务和管理方面出现了较多新问题。在此背景下,重点研究利用信息技术手段,以满足居民服务需求为目的,提升社区综合管理水平以及治理能力。With the rapid development of China's social economy,the role of residential communities is becoming more and more important in the process of social management.In recent years,the community has made great progress in infrastructure construction.However,with the new needs of the community in the new situation,there are many new problems in the service and management of the community.In this context,the means of information technology is used to meet the needs of residents'services,improve the comprehensive management level and governance capacity of the community.
