摘　　要：为了使用户能够方便快捷地查询与统计发布的气象预警信号,高效地开展公众气象预警服务与气象防灾减灾决策服务,设计并实现了气象预警信息Web系统。对系统的技术架构和功能设计进行了介绍,采用基于Spring MVC的分层架构技术,实现了数据模型、控制转换以及前端表现各层之间的内聚解耦,提供了气象预警信号实时查询、分类查询、历史统计等多种功能。系统具有较好的应用效果,提升了气象业务服务能力。To provide users with convenient query and statistics of meteorological early-warning signals,a meteorological early-warning information web system is designed and implemented,which plays a role in services of public meteorological early warning and disaster prevention and mitigation.The technical framework and functional design are introduced.The cohesion and decoupling among the data model layer,control conversion layer and front presentation layer are achieved based on layered architecture technology of Spring MVC.The system provides many functions of displaying meteorological early-warning signals such as real-time query,classified query,historical statistics and so on.The system has better application effect and can improve the meteorological service capability.
