摘  要:目的利用智能手环和组合式激励方式对员工运动行为进行干预,并分析干预1年期内运动行为的变化情况。方法以自愿参与为原则,招募100名在职员工作为干预对象,研究者向每位干预对象发放小米手环一只,按照指定时间统一开始佩戴,并要求干预对象在7 d内必须同步手环数据至少1次。干预对象可通过员工健康宝APP查看本人及其他同事的运动数据进行自我激励和竞争激励。研究人员通过定制的数据平台进行管理,包括数据上传提醒、后台计分规则设定及奖励设定等,并依据积分数据开展组织奖励。佩戴周期为1年。结果 1年期内,研究对象每月的平均总步数相比基线总步数均大幅增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同时间段的步行数据变化呈现一定的差异性。研究对象每月工作日的平均步数相比基线数据均大幅提升(P<0.05),而节假日平均步数仅在5月份和6月份与基线数据相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不同特征的研究对象1年期内的步行数据变化呈现较大的差异性。男性在1年的干预期内,所有月份的步行数据相比基线数据差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而女性除了干预的第11个月以外,其余月份的平均步数相比基线数据均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄<35岁的研究对象,佩戴手环一年期内,所有月份的步行数据相比基线数据差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而年龄≥35岁的研究对象在干预期内的所有月平均步数相比基线数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能手环辅以组合式激励方式是一种有效的运动行为干预模式,特别是针对工作日以及女性和年龄≥35岁的人群。Objective To use smart bracelets and combined incentives to intervene in the exercise behavior of employees,and analyze the changes in exercise behavior during the year of intervention.Methods Based on the principle of voluntary participation,100 staff were recruited as intervention objects.The researchers distributed a Xiaomi bracelet to each intervention object,and all participants started to wear them at a specified time.The intervention objects were required to synchronize the bracelet data at least within 7 days.Intervention objects can view the movement data of themselves and other colleagues through the Employee Health APP,and based on these data to carry out self-motivation and competitive incentives.Researchers managed it through a customized data platform,including data upload reminders,background scoring rules settings,and reward settings,and conducted organize rewards based on point data.The wearing cycle is one year.Results Over the past year,the average monthly total number of steps of the research subjects had increased significantly compared with the baseline total steps,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of walking data in different time periods presented the certain differences.The average number of steps per weekday of the research subjects had greatly increased compared to the baseline steps of workdays(P<0.05),while the average number of steps during holidays was only in May Compared with the baseline data in June,and it showed statistical difference(P<0.05).The changes in walking data of the subjects with different characteristics over the year showed a large difference.During the one-year intervention period,the differences in walking data of all months compared with the baseline data were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Except for the 11th month of the intervention,the average steps of the remaining months were statistically significant compared with the baseline(P<0.05).Study subjects younger than 35 years old and wearing bracelets for one year had
