集中医学观察者的不良情绪筛查与心理援助效果

摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒疫情时集中医学观察者出现不良情绪的现况与开展心理援助的效果。方法对某区2020年2—3月集中医学观察点314名观察对象,采用仇剑崟研发的"新型冠状病毒相关情绪自我评估问卷"进行筛查,对有不良情绪者,根据其不同程度,分别进行健康教育、情绪疏导和放松训练与正念训练等心理援助。结果有37.57%的对象存在明显的情绪应激反应,6.68%的对象存在较大的情绪应激反应。女性情绪应激反应高于男性,60岁及以上老年人高于其他年龄者,非沪籍人群高于沪籍人群。针对不同程度情绪应激反应者的心理援助能降低不良情绪影响。结论新型冠状病毒疫情时的集中医学观察者可出现不同程度的不良情绪,采用健康教育、情绪疏导、放松训练与正念训练等心理援助,能有效缓解他们的不良情绪。Objective To understand the current situation of adverse emotions among the concentrated medical observers of the COVID-19 epidemic,and the effect of psychological assistance.Methods In the period of February to March in 2020,314 subjects of concentrated medical observation points in a district were screened using the"New Coronary Virus-Related Emotion Self-Assessment Questionnaire"developed by Jianyin Qiu,and psychological assistance such as health education,emotional guidance,and relaxation training and mindfulness training were carried out for those with adverse emotions,according to their different degrees.Results The proportion of the subjects responded to significant emotional stress was 37.57%,and 6.68%responded to the existence of larger emotional stress.Female emotional stress response was higher than that of men;the elderly aged 60 and above were higher than other ages;the population of non Shanghai household registration was higher than the population of Shanghai household registration.Psychological assistance for people with different degrees of emotional stress can reduce the effect of bad mood.Conclusion In COVID-19 epidemic,there are varying degrees of psychological distress on concentrated medical observations.Psychological assistance such as health education,emotional catharsis,relaxation training and mindfulness training can effectively alleviate their negative emotion.
