摘　　要：目的了解鹤壁市接触职业性危害因素噪声的岗位作业人员的健康状况,探讨噪声暴露对作业工人心血管系统的影响。方法收集2019年鹤壁市重点职业病职业健康检查工人的体检资料,采用卡方检验、logistic回归分析对鹤壁市2019年2,168名单纯噪声作业工人的高血压检出率进行分析。结果 2,168名被检查人群中,随着年龄增加、接触噪声工龄延长,高血压检出率均不同程度升高,其中45岁以上(OR=2.586,P<0.01)、10年以上工龄是危险因素(OR=1.748,P<0.01)。结论噪声作业对工人的血压损害较为严重,应采取有效的防范措施保护工人健康。Objective To understand the health status of workers exposed to occupational hazards and noise in Hebi City,and to explore the effects of noise exposure on workers'cardiovascular system.Methods The physical examination data of key occupational disease occupational health examination workers in Hebi City in 2019 were collected,and the hypertension detection rate of 2168 noise exposed workers in Hebi City in 2019 was analyzed by chi square test and logistic regression analysis.Results Among the 2,168 people examined,the detection rate of hypertension increased to different degrees with the increase of age and duration of exposure to noise.Among them,the risk factors were those over 45 years of age(OR=2.586,P<0.01)and those over 10 years of service(OR=1.748,P<0.01).Conclusion Noise operation has serious damage to the blood pressure of workers,so effective preventive measures should be taken to protect the health of workers..
