摘 要:为分析无机结合料稳定铁尾矿用作半刚性路面基层的水稳定性,对铁尾矿进行筛分,通过测定改良铁尾矿混合料的液限、塑限,确定无机结合料稳定类型,按二级及二级以下公路路面基层的集料级配要求改良铁尾矿,以击实试验确定无机结合料稳定时最佳含水率和最大干密度,然后用半刚性基层冲刷量灰色预估模型计算并分析其抗冲刷性。结果表明:铁尾矿为特细集料,液限为19%,塑性指数为11,宜采用水泥进行稳定,掺加级配碎石改良铁尾矿满足C-C-3集料级配要求,当水泥剂量为5%时能够取得良好的抗冲刷性能和经济性。Order to analyze the water stability of the inorganic binder-stabilized iron tailings used as a semi-rigid pavement base,the iron tailings are sieved,and the stability type of the inorganic binder is determined by measuring the liquid limit and plastic limit of the improved iron tailings mixture.Aggregate grading of road pavement bases of Grade 2 and below requires improved iron tailings,and the best moisture content and maximum dry density when the inorganic binder is stabilized are determined by compaction tests,and then the grey prediction model of semi-rigid base erosion is used to calculate and analyze its erosion resistance.The results show that iron tailings are ultra-fine aggregates with a liquid limit of 19%and a plasticity index of 11.Cement should be used for stabilization.The iron tailings improved by adding graded crushed stone meet the C-C-3 aggregate grading requirements.When the cement dosage is 5%,good anti-scouring performance and economy can be achieved.
