摘　　要：针对目前行业所用的各种矿车掉道复轨器存在的体积和重量过大、不便于携带、不能单人操作等问题,设计了结构简单的可拆分便携式矿车复轨器。该设计方案主要结构采用常规的型钢,造价极其低廉,新型复轨器结构合理、重量轻,实现了可单人携带单人操作,具有广阔的市场前景和极高的推广价值。In view of the existing problems of the volume and weight of various harvesters in the industry,such as too large,not easy to carry,can not be operated by a single person,etc.A simple structure of detachable portable harvesters is designed.The main structure of the design scheme is the conventional section steel,the cost is very low,the new type multiplex rail simple and reasonable structure,light weight,the realization of single person can carry single person operation,has a broad market prospect and very high promotion value.
