摘　　要：从餐厨垃圾资源化利用的工艺路线出发,分析餐厨垃圾预处理环节的生产任务。以最终物料的资源利用为目的,分析餐厨垃圾预处理环节中的技术要点和处理难点。根据预处理要求,设计滚筒式预处理设备。该预处理设备集成了物料分离、脱水及固相有机质的破碎等模块,实现了餐厨垃圾预处理环节的功能要求。餐厨垃圾处理过程实现了机械化和节能化,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,节省了处理时间,提高了处理效率,具有较好的使用价值和推广空间。In this paper,the production task of food waste pretreatment is analyzed based on the process of food waste recycling.In order to utilize the resources of the final materials,the technical points and difficulties in the pretreatment of kitchen waste were analyzed.According to the requirements of pretreatment,the drum type pretreatment equipment is designed.The pretreatment equipment integrates the modules of material separation,dehydration and solid-phase organic matter crushing to achieve the functional requirements of the pretreatment of kitchen waste.In the process of food waste treatment,mechanization and energy saving are realized,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,saves processing time and improves processing efficiency.It has good use value and promotion space.
