摘 要:回转窑作为分厂的关键设备,在熟料生产过程中起到决定性作用。而回转窑是否能够正常运转,直接关系到熟料的产量与质量。其中,托轮轴瓦发热是回转窑运转过程中最常见的故障类型。要从根源上消除托轮轴瓦发热的故障缺陷,必须准确查找出发热原因,以制订科学合理、省时高效的预防与维修方案,将故障损失降到最低点。因此,围绕回转窑托轮轴瓦发热的主要原因以及相对应的防范措施展开论述。As the key equipment of the branch plant,the rotary kiln plays a decisive role in the clinker production process,and whether the rotary kiln can operate normally is directly related to the clinker output and quality.Among them,the heating of supporting wheel bearing bush is the most common fault type in the operation of rotary kiln.In order to eliminate the fault defect of heating of supporting wheel bearing bush from the root,it is necessary to find out the cause of heating accurately,so as to formulate a scientific,reasonable,time-saving and efficient prevention and maintenance plan and reduce the fault loss to the lowest point.This paper will focus on the main causes of the heating of the supporting wheel bearing shell of the rotary kiln and the corresponding preventive measures.
