摘　　要：随着矿业的不断发展,矿山企业对机械化采矿的多样化需求越来越高。对于一些中、大型矿山,为提高生产效率和出矿能力,地下运矿车成为各冶金矿山首选的运输设备。在地下运矿车的组成部分中,货箱极其重要。因此,介绍了一种地下运矿车机械式自动开合挡板货箱,利用货箱卸料时底板的倾角与挡板的机械设计和重力,实现挡板的自动开合。此结构设计在挡板两侧,避免了倾卸时矿石对其的冲击,经久耐用,可靠性高。With the continuous development of the mining industry,the diversified demands of mining enterprises for mechanized mining are also increasing.For some medium and large mines,in order to improve production efficiency and mining capacity,underground mine trucks have become the preferred transportation equipment for various metallurgical mines.Among the components of underground mining trucks,containers are one of its important components.This paper introduces a mechanical automatic opening / closing baffle box for an underground mine truck,which uses the inclination of the bottom plate and the mechanical design and gravity of the baffle to unload and open the baffle.And the structure is designed on both sides of the baffle plate to avoid the impact of ore on dumping,which is durable and highly reliable.
