摘　　要：目的探索远程医疗在社区慢性心脏病中的应用效果。方法从我院2016年1月至12月心血管患者出院患者中随机抽取200例,根据患者意愿分成2组,试验组100例选择医院远程诊疗平台+护理,对照组100例选择常规治疗和预后方式,2年后观察2组患者的治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果干预2年后,患者在健康知识、健康饮食、健康生活习惯、并发症方面试验组均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程诊疗能够有效帮助社区慢性心脏病居民养成健康的生活饮食习惯,提高自我意识,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application of telemedicine in chronic heart disease in the community.Methods Two hundred patients were randomly selected discharged from cardiovascular patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016. According to the patient′ s wishes,the patients were divided into two groups. One hundred patients in the experimental group chose the hospital for remote diagnosis and treatment platform + nursing,while100 patients in the control group chose conventional treatment. Two years later observe the treatment effect and complications of the two groups. Results After two years of intervention, the control group was superior to the experimental group in terms of health knowledge,healthy diet,healthy living habits and complications(P <0.05).Conclusion Remote diagnosis and treatment can effectively help the chronic heart disease residents in the community to develop healthy eating habits and improve their self-awareness,which is worth further promotion.
