摘　　要：目的分析二氧化碳点阵激光治疗阴道松弛对患者盆底肌松弛、性生活质量及阴道黏膜相关指标的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院诊治的100例阴道松弛患者作为研究对象。随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组两组,观察组行二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,对照组行改良后壁阴道修补术。评估治疗前后盆底肌电位、Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力;使用阴道健康指数评估阴道黏膜治疗前后变化;使用女性性功能量表评估患者性生活质量。记录术后3个月阴道松弛程度。结果治疗后两组盆底肌电位均较治疗前提高且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌力均较治疗前改善且优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组阴道黏膜相关指标分值均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组性生活满意程度评分、阴道润滑度评分均较治疗前提高且高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月观察组阴道松弛程度复常率为52.00%,较对照组(38.00%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳点阵激光治疗阴道松弛,能显著改善患者盆底肌松弛症状,提高盆底肌、阴道力量,修复生理支撑结构,提高性生活质量,改善阴道黏膜状态,其效果较改良后壁阴道修补术优,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of CO2 dot-matrix laser on the pelvic floor muscle relaxation,quality of sexual life and vaginal mucosa related indexes in the treatment of patients with vaginal relaxation.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,100 patients with vaginal relaxation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group underwent modified posterior wall vaginal repair.The observation group underwent CO2 dot-matrix laser treatment.Evaluation of pelvic floor muscle fibers before and after treatment,including class I fiber strength,class II fiber strength,class I fiber contraction time,class II fiber contraction volume was conducted.Changes in vaginal mucosa were assessed using vaginal health index between before and after treatment.The quality of sexual life of patients was assessed using the female sexual function scale.The degree of vaginal laxity was recorded at 3 months after operation.Results After treatment,both groups showed increased pelvic floor muscle potential and that in the observation group was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,improvements in pelvic floor muscleⅠandⅡwere better in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of vaginal mucosa related indicators in both groups were increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of sexual satisfaction and vaginal lubrication of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of vaginal laxity in the observation group(52.00%)at 3 months after operation was higher than that of the control group(38.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions CO2 dot-matrix laser in the treatment of vaginal relaxation can significantly improve the symptoms of pelvic f
