益坤宁片联合达芙通对更年期综合征妇女血清性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益坤宁片联合达芙通对更年期综合征妇女血清性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及免疫指标的影响。方法选取新疆医科大学附属第四医院诊治的120例更年期综合征妇女作为研究对象。随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组患者给予达芙通治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益坤宁片治疗,比较两组血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平,免疫指标(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者血清E2水平均高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FSH和LH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者子宫内膜厚度均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清CD3^+和CD4^+水平均高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而CD8^+水平低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现不良反应总发生率为5.00%,对照组出现不良反应总发生率为16.67%,两组不良反应总发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益坤宁片联合达芙通治疗妇女更年期综合征可明显改善患者性激素水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,提高患者免疫力,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects of Yikunning Tablet combined with Duphaston on the serum sex hormone level,endometrial thickness,and immune index in women with climacteric syndrome.Methods 120 women with climacteric syndrome diagnosed and treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was given Duphaston treatment,while the observation group was treated with Yikunning Tablet on the basis of the control group.The serum estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels,changes in immune indexes(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+)and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum E2 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FSH and LH were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was thinner than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was thinner than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum CD3^+and CD4^+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of CD8^+was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total i
