摘　　要：随着糖尿病患者的增加,糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)已成为我国最主要的致盲性眼病之一。预防糖尿病盲关键在于早发现、早干预。DR的社区筛查及管理可有效降低致盲率。人工智能飞速发展,在眼科疾病的应用已经成为一个新的热点。本文就DR的危害、防治现状及人工智能在疾病筛查中的应用作一综述,以期社区预防联合人工智能辅助诊疗平台的应用可以为DR患者提供一种新的有效的防治模式。With the increase of number of diabetic patients,diabetic retinopathy(DR)has become one of the main blindness-causing disease in China.Early diagnosis and intervention are key strategies to preventing blindness caused by DR.Community screening and management of DR can effectively reduce the rate of blinding.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,its application in ophthalmic diseases has become a new hot spot.This article summarized the hazards of DR,the status quo of prevention and treatment,and the application of artificial intelligence in disease screening.It was hoped that the application of community prevention combined with artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis and treatment platform can provide a new and effective prevention model for DR patients.
