摘 要:现阶段,很多人都将自己多余的资产用于购房,这意味着房地产事业是一个热门项目,受到社会各界人士的广泛认可。因此在房地产事业的开发过程中,房地产对于住宅产品的开发、户型面积以及公共交通空间组织结构的设计有着至关重要的作用。本文对户型与公共交通空间的发展情况进行介绍,分析了户型平面与公共交通空间的组合形式,以期为从业人员提供指导和帮助。At present,most people put their surplus assets into the purchase of houses,which means that the real estate industry has become a key development project of the state at the current stage,and has also been widely recognized and concerned by people from all walks of life.Therefore,in the process of real estate development,real estate plays an important role in the development of residential products,the area of house type and the design of public transport spatial organization structure.This paper discusses the development of house type and public transportation space,and analyzes the combination form of house type plane and public transportation space,with a view to provide guidance and help for relevant personal.
