七味白术散加减联合推拿治疗小儿感染性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察七味白术散加减联合小儿推拿对儿科腹泻的临床效果。方法对100例急性感染性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(50例)给予蒙脱石散常规止泻疗,治疗组(50例)在常规治疗基础上用七味白术散加减联合小儿推拿治疗,比较治疗后两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(94.0%)高于对照组(80.0%)(χ^2=4.332,P<0.05),且治疗后症状好转时间(发热、腹泻)以及住院时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患儿治疗后大便次数均减少(P均<0.01),且治疗组大便次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七味白术散加减联合小儿推拿对儿科感染性腹泻具有较好的临床效果。Objective The objective of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with massage on pediatric acute infectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 100 children with diarrhea in a pediatric department of a tertiary hospital in Ningxia were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given conventional treatment,and montmorillonite was used to treat diarrhea. The treatment group was treated with Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with child massage on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy,the number of diarrhea before and after treatment,the onset time and length of hospitalization were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(94.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%)(χ^2=4.332,P<0.05). After treatment,The length time of symptom improvement(fever,diarrhea)and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P all<0.05);The number of children with diarrhea in the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment(P all<0.01),and the number of diarrhea in the treatment group was less than that in the control group after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Qiwei Baizhu powder combined with pediatric massage has significant clinical effects on pediatric diarrhea,and is worthy of further popularization.
