基于TQM理念的新建本科高校教育全面质量管理的制度选择

摘　　要：一直以来,高等教育都是我国教育体系中最为重要的组成部分,而由于高等教育的对象不同于中小学教育,因此针对高等教育教学的创新以及教学质量的管理和把控都是高校最为困难的部分,因此采取什么样的教学管理方法就成为了高等教育最为重视的,为了提高高校教育教学的质量就必须要建设相对应的教学质量管理理念以及管理体系,同时还需要注重高校教育质量文化的建设,在这种情况下,高校教育开始全面借鉴TQM理念,在高校教育中实行制度的创新以及改革的创新,运用相关的政策以及教学策略来实现本科高校教育质量的全面把控和管理,通过运用全面质量管理的创新制度来实现高校教育的全面提升。For a long time,higher education is the most important part of education system in our country,and because the object is different from the primary and secondary school education of higher education,the innovation of the higher education teaching and the teaching quality management and control are of the most difficult part of colleges and universities,and what kind of teaching method to be taken has become the most important to higher education,and the corresponding teaching quality management concept and management system should be built in order to improve the teaching quality of education in colleges and universities,at the same time the construction of college education quality culture also needs to be paid attention to.In this case,the education of colleges and universities began to comprehensively refer to TQM concept.The innovation of system and reform should be carried out in higher education,and the comprehensive control and management of the quality of undergraduate education should be realized by using relevant policies and teaching strategies,and the comprehensive promotion of higher education should be realized by using the innovative system of total quality management.
