新形势下高校本科教学工程项目管理策略分析

摘　　要：现阶段,新工科建设、“双万计划”“双一流建设”如火如荼开展。本科教学工程项目作为质量工程项目的延续,在人才培养方面有不少创新和突破,其项目管理与建设是不少地方政府和高等学校促进教学改革的重要手段。在此形势下,如何从高校角度,发挥本科教学工程项目在人才培养方面的作用,值得我们探讨和研究。文章通过分析目前本科教学工程项目管理现状及存在问题,提出高校在项目管理时应坚持的指导原则,并对新形势下高校本科教学工程项目管理策略进行分析,旨在充分发挥本科教学工程项目在人才培养方面的作用,促进高等教育的发展。At present,construction of new engineering,"double million plan""double first-class construction"areextensively developing.As continuation of quality engineering projects,undergraduate teaching engineering project has innovated and made a breakthrough in talent training,and its project management and construction is the important method of many local governments and advanced universities to improve teaching reform.In such a situation,it is worth of our exploration and study how to play the role of undergraduate teaching engineering project in talent training from the perspective of colleges and universities.The paper proposes the guiding principle obeyed in the management of the project by analyzing the present situation and existing problems in the project management of undergraduate teaching engineering,and also analyzes the managing strategies in the new situation,aiming to make the project play a role in talent training and improve the development of advanced education.
