摘 要:目的探讨四维子宫输卵管超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)在子宫畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月在我院就诊的疑似子宫畸形或因不孕、不良妊娠结局患者92例,均给予4D-HyCoSy、子宫输卵管碘油造影术(HSG)检查。结果92例患者中,最终确诊为子宫畸形者87例,非子宫畸形者5例;4D-HyCoSy与宫腔镜、腹腔镜诊断一致性Kappa值为0.810(P<0.05);HSG与宫腔镜、腹腔镜诊断一致性Kappa值为0.703,P<0.05;4D-HyCoSy诊断子宫畸形的灵敏性和特异性均为100.00%,高于HSG检查,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4D-HyCoSy诊断子宫畸形分型准确率为96.55%,明显高于HSG检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4D-HyCoSy在子宫畸形诊断有较好的应用价值,值得临床使用。Objective To evaluate the application of 4-dimensional hysterosalpingography(4D-HyCoSy)in the diagnosis of uterine malformation.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,92 patients with suspected uterine malformation or infertility or adverse pregnancy outcomes were selected,all patients were examined by 4D-HyCoSy and hysterosalpingography(HSG).Results Of the 92 patients,87 were diagnosed as uterine malformation and 5 were non-uterine malformation;The consistency of 4d-hycosine with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was 0.810(P<0.05);The Kappa value of HSG was 0.703 in consistency with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy(P<0.05);The sensitivity and specificity of 4D-HyCoSy in diagnosis of uterine malformation were 100.00%,higher than HSG,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The accuracy of 4D-HyCoSy in diagnosis of uterine malformation was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than HSG,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 4D-HyCoSy has good application value in diagnosis of uterine malformation and is worthy of clinical application.
