摘  要:高压旁路调节阀是汽轮机高压旁路系统中最重要的构成部分,本文针对某300MW汽轮机组高压旁路系统调节阀,利用NACA6409翼型上表面型线为其设计了一种翼型结构的阀芯。利用数值模拟方法研究了不同进口水蒸汽参数和减温水喷淋参数条件下,阀腔内压力、温度以及液相体积分数分布特征,并研究了阀芯开度对高压旁路调节阀内部流场的影响,最后研究减温水喷射孔数量和布置方式的改变对阀腔内流场参数以及减温减压效果的影响。The high pressure bypass control valve is one of the most important components for high pressure bypass system of steam turbine.In this work,an airfoil-shaped spool was designed using the upper surface profile of airfoil NACA6409 for a regulating valve in the bypass system of a 300 MW turbine unit.The numerical simulation method was used to study the pressure,temperature and liquid volume fraction distribution characteristics inside the valve chamber under different inlet water vapor parameters and desuperheating water spraying parameters.The effect of the spool opening on the internal flow field of the high pressure bypass regulating valve was also studied.Finally,the effects of change in number and arrangement of the desuperheating water injection nozzles on the flow field parameters in the valve chamber and desuperheating and pressure reduction effect were studied,too.
