摘　　要：高层建筑的外墙受到环境、天气等外界条件的影响,再加上使用年限的增加,会出现不同程度的损坏,比如裂缝、脱落、剥离等现象。为了有效地避免这些情况的出现,需要施工人员在高层建筑外墙施工的时候加以控制,对施工的过程进行严格的管理,合理的运用施工技术,按照施工工序进行施工作业,从而保证高层建筑外墙的质量,延长高层建筑外墙装饰的使用年限。The external walls of high-rise buildings are affected by external conditions such as environment and weather,and with the increase in service life,different degrees of damage,such as cracks,shedding,and peeling,will occur.Therefore,in order to effectively avoid these conditions it requires the construction personnel to control the construction of the external wall of the high-rise building,strictly manage the construction process,use the construction technology reasonably,and carry out the construction operation according to the construction process,so as to ensure the quality of the external wall of the high-rise building and extend the service life of exterior wall decoration of high-rise building.
