摘 要:因受网络营销模式的冲击,服装企业产品的同质化问题较为严重,逆向物流成为服装企业的重要发展领域。本文分析了服装逆向物流的起源、发展和市场前景,设计了服装逆向物流分类管理流程,并重点分析了服装逆向物流核心技术及其应用,供服装企业借鉴与参考。Because of the network marketing mode,product homogeneity phenomenon in clothing enterprises is becoming more and more serious.In terms of survival and development of clothing enterprises,reverse logistics has become a very important field for study.This paper reviews the origin,development and market prospect of clothing reverse logistics,then studies the flow designing of classification management of clothing reverse logistics and mainly discusses the key technique and its application of clothing reverse logistics,which will give reference and inspiration for clothing enterprises management.
