制动缸活塞行程检测仪的设计及改进

摘　　要：介绍了既有制动缸活塞行程检测方法存在的问题,提出了使用超声波传感器的制动缸活塞行程自动测量方法,研制了样机并进行了改进,改进后的制动缸活塞行程检测仪测量效果更准确。The problems existing in the detection method for piston travels of brake cylinders are described.The automatic detection method with ultrasonic sensor to detect the piston travel is put forward.The prototype is developed and improved.The measurement effect of the improved detector is more accurate.
