复合辅料炮制何首乌对二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究不同复合辅料对何首乌有效成分二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌含量的影响,为选择何首乌炮制辅料提供依据。方法:分别采用4种复合辅料炮制何首乌,用高效液相色谱法测定二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌的含量。结果:各炮制品中二苯乙烯苷含量均高于《中国药典》2015年版中的要求,游离蒽醌含量均未达到《中国药典》2015年版中的要求;其中,采用黑豆汁生姜汁炮制的二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌的含量最高,分别是6.19%和0.04%;另外,二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌含量最低的分别是用黑豆汁米泔水制和用黑豆汁熟地汁制的。结论:不同复合辅料对何首乌成分二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌的影响不同。Objective To study the effect of different composite excipients on the content of stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone in Polygonum multiflorum Radix,and to provide basis for selecting processing excipients of Polygonum multiflorum Radix.Methods Polygonum multiflorum Radix was processed with 4 kinds of compound auxiliary materials respectively,and the content of stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone were determined by HPLC.Results The content of stilbene glycoside in each processed product is higher than the requirements in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the content of free anthraquinone does not meet the requirements in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Among them,stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone processed with black bean juice and ginger juice have the highest content,which are 6.19%and 0.04%respectively.In addition,stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone with the lowest content are respectively prepared from black bean juice rice swill and black bean juice rehmannia glutinosa juice.Conclusion Different composite excipients have different effects on stilbene glycoside and free anthraquinone in Polygonum multiflorum Radix.
