摘　　要：目的:建立脑力宝丸中远志皂苷元的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用C 18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05%H 3PO 4(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长:210 nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL·min^-1。结果:远志皂苷元的线性范围为59.68~298.4μg·mL^-1,平均回收率为100.07%,RSD=0.87%。结论:该方法操作简便、准确性好、专属性强,可作为脑力宝丸中远志皂苷元的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of Presenegenin in Naolibao Pill by using high performance liquid chromatograph Methods The HPLC method was conducted on a C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with methanol-0.05%H 3PO 4 solution(70:30)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and detection wavelength was 210nm,column temperature was 35℃.Results The method is highly specific,the linear range of Presenegenin was 59.68-298.4μg·ml^-1 with an average recovery 100.07%,RSD=0.87%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with a good reproducibility and is reliable for quality control of Naolibao Pill.
