中医防治卵巢过度刺激综合征研究概况

摘　　要：随着不孕不育疾病发病率的逐年上升,目前辅助生殖技术作为妊娠成功率最高方法的同时,其带来的卵巢过度刺激综合征这一并发症也逐渐增多,而中医在防治该并发症具有独特的优势,文章从病名、病因病机、中药内服法、中医外治法及联合疗法对该并发症的防治等方面进行综述。With the increasing prevalance of infertility disease,the assisted reproductive technology as well as the highest success rate of pregnancy method,However the complication of OHSS is gradually increasing with broaden applification of ART.The Traditional Chinese Medicine has its unique advantages in prevention and treatment of the OHSS complications.This article reviews the definition,etiology,pathogenesis,orally taken formula,external treatment and combination therapy for the prevention and cure of the OHSS from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
