中药外治法治疗四肢骨折肿痛的研究概况

摘　　要：四肢骨折是临床常见难治疾病,而肿胀、疼痛是四肢骨折患者早期常见临床症状,如果处理不及时或不恰当,不仅会引发伤口感染、张力性水泡等严重并发症,致使四肢骨折延迟愈合甚至不愈合。祖国医学中的中药外治法具有患处药物浓度高、起效快、不良反应少、操作简单、方法多样等特点,在治疗四肢骨折肿胀疼痛等症状方面具明显优势。文章通过整理、分析近年来相关文献,对不同中药外治疗法治疗四肢骨折肿胀疼痛的临床研究现状及优势进行综述,以期为临床医师治疗该病症提供参考及指导的同时思考其发展方向。Limb fracture is a common and refractory clinical disease,while swelling and pain are common clinical symptoms that patients with limb fracture can't bear.If not handled in time or properly,it will not only lead to serious complications such as wound infection,tension blister,etc.,but also result in delayed union or even nonunion of fracture.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of limb fracture swelling pain and other symptoms with the characteristics of high local drug concentration,quick onset,less adverse reactions,simple operation and various methods.In this paper,through the collation and analysis of the relevant literature in recent years,the clinical research status and efficacy advantages of external treatment with different traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of limb fracture swelling pain were reviewed,in order to provide reference and guidance for clinicians in the treatment of the disease and explore its development direction.
