摘　　要：偏头痛是一种反复发作的慢性头痛,中医属“头痛病”范畴。王宝亮教授在治疗偏头痛中以“风寒湿、肝风肝火”论治,主要分为外感型与内伤型。王宝亮教授认为风邪在偏头痛中的发病及治疗中都有关键作用。同时非常重视预防调护,规避诱因。migraine is a kind of chronic headache which occurs repeatedly.It belongs to the category of"headache disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.In the treatment of migraine,Professor Wang Baoliang treated with"wind cold and dampness,liver wind and liver fire",mainly divided into exogenous type and internal injury type.Professor Wang Baoliang believes that wind evil plays a key role in the pathogenesis and treatment of migraine.At the same time,we attach great importance to prevention,care and avoidance of incentives.
