摘 要:目的探索振动膜分离技术在金边土鳖活性成分分离的工艺条件。方法以金边土鳖匀浆液为研究对象,对匀浆液特性进行研究,以活性成分转移率、固形物清除率及膜通量为考察指标,评价振动膜应用的可行性。结果确定最佳膜分离条件:30℃的匀浆液原液、0.35 MPa操作压力、振幅5 mm、截留相对分子量4万,活性成分转移率达到88%,除杂率达到50%。结论膜分离技术适合用于金边土鳖活性成分分离纯化的生产中。Objective Vibiation shcar enhanced proccssing(VSEP)Membrane separation technology was applied to active components in Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.in the process of extraction and purification.To explore the optimal specification parameters.Methods The Study object is based on physical and chemical parameters of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.homogenate,to evaluate the feasibility of VSEP technology with active components transfer rate and solid removal rate.Results The optimized operation conditions were as follow:30℃crude solution with an ultrafiltration membrane with relative molecular weight cut of 40 thousand,at the amplitude of 5 mm,under 0.35 Mpa operation pressure.In this condition,the active components total transfer rate was 88%,solid removal rate was up to 50%.Conclusion Membrane separation technology Can effectively improve the quality of Opisthoplatia Orientalis Burm.and can be used in active components seraration proccss.
