摘　　要：目的分析熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合腹腔镜下胆管镜保胆取石术对胆囊结石患者胆囊收缩功能及复发率的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2019年3月收治的106例胆囊结石患者,依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组53例接受腹腔镜下胆管镜保胆取石术治疗,观察组53例接受熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合腹腔镜下胆管镜保胆取石术治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后胆囊收缩功能、复发率。结果与对照组总有效率(73.58%)对比,观察组(94.34%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胆囊收缩率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,两组复发率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胆囊结石患者接受熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合腹腔镜下胆管镜保胆取石术治疗,效果显著,能有效改善胆囊收缩功能,且复发率低。Objective To analyze the effects of Ursodeoxycholic Acid capsules combined with laparoscopic choledochoscopy for gallbladder preservation and stone removal on the gallbladder systolic function and recurrence rate in patients with gallstones.Methods 106 patients with gallstones in our hospital(from January 2017 to March 2019)were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received laparoscopic choledochoscopy for gallbladder preservation and stone removal,and the observation group(53 cases)received Ursodeoxycholic Acid capsules combined with laparoscopic choledochoscope for gallbladder preservation and stone removal,and the curative effect,gallbladder contraction function before and after treatment and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(73.58%),the observation group(94.34%)was significantly higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the gallbladder contraction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);6 months after treatment,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cholecystolithiasis patients received Ursodeoxycholic Acid capsules combined with laparoscopic choledochoscopy for gallbladder preservation and stone removal,which has a significant effect,can effectively improve the contractile function of the gallbladder,and has a low recurrence rate.
