客户化定制的服装产品数据管理系统研究

摘　　要：为适应多种服装生产方式并存及服装生产制造智能化发展的需要,结合服装生产知识与数据,开发出客户化定制的服装产品数据管理系统。该系统可对服装产品从设计、纸样、裁剪、缝制到包装等全部生产过程中的数据进行信息化和协同化管理,对现有专业软件数据进行集成化管理。并可针对不同种类的服装产品及生产管理方式进行客户化的参数设置,实现客户化定制。该系统采用Springboot搭建,以SpringMVC架构,使用Esayweb进行前端开发,主要实现信息配置、图文档管理、产品管理、项目管理和部门管理5大功能。其使用结果表明,该系统能有效减少产品数据遗失,实现各生产环节产品信息共享,促进服装生产高效有序管理。In order to meet the needs of various clothing production modes and intelligent development of clothing manufacture,a customized clothing product data management system was designed and realized based on the clothing production data and knowledge.The clothing product data management system has the function of information and collaborative management for the data in the whole clothing production process from design,pattern,cutting,sewing to packaging,etc.It can carry out integrated management for the data from existing professional software.Customized parameter setting can be carried out for different clothing products and production management modes to realize the customization of the system.The system was established with Springboot for construction,SpringMVC for frame,and Esayweb for front-end.It mainly realized five major functions including information configuration,document management,product management,project management and department management.The application results of the system showed that the system could effectively reduce the loss of product data,realize the sharing of product information in all production links,and promote the management of clothing production efficiently and orderly.
