摘 要:在新型冠状病毒肺炎突发,"信息疫情"同步蔓延的背景下,公众新媒介素养缺失的问题开始凸显。尤其在新媒体营造的参与式文化和裂变式传播的共同作用下,公众新媒介素养的缺失,客观上成为影响健康和谐网络生态的一大障碍;主观上易引起信息认知失范、新媒介使用行为的情绪化、"非理性"的状态等等,直接影响媒介生活的质量。为提高公众对公共事件中新媒介信息的识别、解读和传播能力,培养有责任心兼具批判能力、参与意识的网络公民,有必要构建并完善的新媒介素养培养目标、内容、制度和渠道体系,提高公众应对新媒体信息的理性辨识力和客观分析力。The outbreak of COVID-19 has been synchronized with the spread of the“information epidemic”,rumors and false news following caused by the participatory culture and fission-type propagation of the new media.The disadvantages of the public s lack of new media literacy characterized by cognitive anomie and weak ability to think and analyze information have become increasingly prominent.The emotional“irrational”state of new media use behavior has seriously affected the quality of Me Media life.Besides,it has objectively become a major obstacle to healthy and harmonious network ecology.In order to improve the public s ability to identify,interpret and disseminate new media information in public events and cultivate responsible and critical network citizens with a sense of participation,it is necessary to construct a sound new media literacy training system with objectives,contents,channels and institutional support.
