摘　　要：随着工业的快速发展,社会对煤矿资源的需求越来越大,如何使煤矿生产工作更加高效成为社会日益关注的焦点。在煤矿企业的运营管理中,煤矿的机电管理对煤矿企业的正常运行发挥着不可或缺的作用。良好的机电管理不仅能够提升企业的经济效益,还可以保障员工的人身安全。论文详细分析了煤矿机电管理中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的方案与措施,以便更好地帮助煤矿机电管理工作顺利推进。With the rapid development of industry,the demand of the society for coal resources is increasing.How to make coal production more efficient has become the focus of the society.In the operation and management of coal mine enterprises,the electromechanical mechanical and electricalmanagement of coal mine plays an indispensable role in the normal operation of coal mine enterprises.Good management can not only improve the economic benefits of enterprises,but also ensure the personal safety of employees.This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the electromechanical management of coal mine,and puts forward the solutions and measures to solve the problems,so as to better help the smoothly advance of electromechanical management work of coal mine.
