摘　　要：随着社会物质和精神文明的发展,体育运动在人类健康生活中越来越被人们所喜爱和关注,慢慢建立了一个"体育生态系统"。体育运动从来都不是孤独的,它与社会文化、生态环境之间是互相融合的关系,即现在所倡导的"生态体育"。一个具有良性循环的体育生态系统,不仅仅促进人们更健康的生活方式,更是文明、和谐社会的一种体现。With the development of social material and spiritual civilization,sports are more and more loved and concerned by people in human healthy life,and a"sports ecosystem"is slowly established.Sports has never been lonely.It has a mutually integrated relationship with social culture and ecological environment,which is now called"ecological sports".A sports ecosystem with a virtuous circle not only promotes a healthier lifestyle for people,it is also an embodiment of a civilized and harmonious society.
