摘　　要：目的:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,从定性与定量2个维度客观分析FIG2013周期与FIG2017周期竞技健美操规则的差异性,依据规则变化,结合本院实际情况和训练检验,对该院竞技健美操训练方法进行思考,寻求新规则下该院竞技健美操发展方向。意义:竞技健美操比赛成绩是凸显学生综合素质水平的途径,也是评价教学和训练质量的指标,更是体现办学特色的窗口;对FIG2013周期与FIG2017周期竞技健美操规则的剖析,探索适合该院的教学、训练方法,推动该院发展,实现并凸显艺术职业特征。创新:定性与定量2种研究方法,较客观地分析不同周期下竞技健美操规则差异并依据规则的变化,结合该院实际情况和训练经验,思考竞技健美操训练方法,探寻新规则下该院竞技健美操发展方向。Objective:By the methods of literature material,expert interview method,an objective analysis from qualitative and quantitative two dimensions FIG2013 cycle and FIG2017 cycle of the difference of competitive aerobics rules according to the rules of changes in combination with the practical situation of our hospital inspection and training,competitive aerobics training method in our hospital,to seek our development direction of competitive aerobics under the new rules.Significance:The results of competitive calisthenics competition are the way to highlight the comprehensive quality of students,as well as the index to evaluate the quality of teaching and training.Analyze the rules of FIG2013 cycle and FIG2017 cycle of competitive aerobics,explore suitable teaching and training methods,promote the development of our hospital,and highlight the characteristics of art profession.Innovation:qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to objectively analyze the differences of competitive calisthenics rules in different periods.Based on the changes of rules and the actual situation and training experience of our hospital,we consider the training methods of competitive calisthenics and explore the development direction of competitive calisthenics in our hospital under the new rules.
