摘 要:在2016年的里约奥运会中,我国的女子排球夺得奥运冠军,不仅是那一届奥运会的最大看点,同时也让国人认识到,即便是经历了多年发展,我国的女排精神不但没有褪色,反而依旧闪光。这种女排精神让本是校园体育重要组成部分之一的排球重新焕发出了光芒,使得学生再次热爱这项运动,如何利用女排精神进行排球教学活动就成为了体育教师最为关心的问题。本文在分析女排精神对于排球教学价值的基础上,通过深入分析排球教学问题,探索出一些积极的措施,以期为今后的排球教学提供一些参考。In the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,China’s women’s volleyball won the Olympic champion,which is not only the biggest focus of that Olympic Games,but also let people realize that even after years of development,China’s women’s volleyball spirit is not fading,but still shining.This kind of volleyball spirit makes volleyball,which is one of the important parts of campus sports,shine again,making students love this sport again.How to use the spirit of volleyball to carry out volleyball teaching activities has become a concern for PE teachers.Based on the analysis of the value of women’s volleyball spirit for volleyball teaching,this paper explores some positive measures through in-depth analysis of volleyball teaching problems,in order to provide some reference for the future volleyball teaching.
