摘　　要：随着时代的不断发展,高校体育科目实行内外一体化的教学模式成了一种新型的教学潮流,可以说这一种教学模式比传统的教学更加的灵活也更加的多样化,这样课内外一体的模式有助于真正的发挥学生为主导的作用,让他们做学习的主人。其实课内外一体化模式的运用,有助于学生能够提升自己的综合素养,包括组织能力和社交能力以及创新能力。可以说这是新型教学方法中教师一定要去注意的一种。With the continuous development of the times,the integration of internal and external teaching modes for physical education in colleges and universities has become a new teaching trend.It can be said that this teaching mode is more flexible and diversified than traditional teaching.The model of internal and external integration helps to give full play to the student-led role and make them masters of learning.In fact,the use of the integrated model inside and outside the classroom will help students to improve their comprehensive literacy,including organizational and social abilities and innovation abilities.It can be said that this is one of the new teaching methods that teachers must pay attention to.
