摘　　要：The Kite Runner,the debut of Khaled Hosseini,an Afghanistan-born American best-selling author,has been highly praised after it was published.It is not only a story of growth,but a literary work reflecting the good and evil of the world.Kohlberg is a famous American psychologist and educationist.His moral cognitive development theory is one of the most famous theories about moral education in the western educational circle.It has a far-reaching influence on the whole moral education circle and has been used for reference by many scholars and experts.The thesis is based on Kolberg's syllogism of moral development to analyze the themes of the novel.
