摘　　要：本文通过对光模块非气密性封装技术进行专利检索,对该领域的技术构成、全球专利申请总体趋势和主要申请人进行了详尽的分析,旨在为相关领域技术人员技术研发提供参考,为企业专利布局提供借鉴。In this paper,through a patent search on the non-hermetic packaging technology of optical modules,a detailed analysis of the technical composition of the field,the overall trend of global patent applications,and the main applicants is carried out.Provide reference for enterprise patent layout.
