摘　　要：SNP分子标记是生物领域专利申请文件中一类常见的主题。本文总结了专利申请中四种常见的以SNP分子标记为对象的权利要求撰写方式,并将其检索方式归结为rs号检索和序列比对两类。Ensembl数据库具有涵盖生物物种多、基因组数据丰富和定期更新的特点。针对目前非人物种SNP检索资源匮乏的现状,本文通过深度挖掘Ensembl数据库,提供了一种以序列比对为基础的SNP位点检索的新思路,精准快速定位目标SNP位点,并能给出准确的公开日期。本文所提供的检索方法,可以为科技工作者进行SNP主题的专利申请查新或是专利审查人员对该主题专利申请的审查工作提供帮助。SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism)markers are common in biological patent applications.In this article,we summarized four ways of SNP markers'claims in patent applications,which can be searched via rs numbers and sequence alignments.The Ensembl is a multi-species database and is updated regularly,which can serve as a non-human SNPs search resource to accurately and quickly link the targeted SNP through sequence alignment and to disclose the exact publication date.The search method provided here can help scientific and technological workers perform SNP searches before patent application or assist patent examinations on this subject.
