摘 要:通过科技成果转化与产业化培育区域主导产业,是实施国家创新驱动发展战略助推经济增长和产业转型,并将科学技术向现实生产力的转变的有效途径。从“竞争战略之父”Michael E.Porter提出的国家经济发展阶段入手,基于创新驱动发展和技术产业化的相关理论,推导出科技成果转化驱动我国区域主导产业培育的一般模式,并结合全科盟在大同培育新能源主导产业的具体实践展开案例分析。该模型丰富和完善了主导产业培育的理论体系,为区域产业结构转型升级和调整经济发展方式提供一定的借鉴参考。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization to cultivate regional leading industries is an effective way to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy to promote economic growth and industrial transformation,and to transform science and technology into real productivity.This research starts with the stage of national economic development proposed by Michael E.Porter,the father of competitive strategy,based on the theory of innovation-driven development and technology industrialization,deducing the the general model of regional leading industry cultivation through transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China.Carrying out a case analysis that combined with the concrete practice of cultivating new energy leading industries by Quankemeng in Datong,This model enriches and perfects the theoretical system of leading industry cultivation,and provides a reference for regional industrial structure transformation and upgrade and adjustment of economic development mode.
