参附仙桂汤直肠用药联合穴位贴敷及隔姜灸治疗肝硬化腹水(脾肾阳虚型)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析参附仙桂汤直肠用药联合穴位贴敷及隔姜灸治疗肝硬化腹水(脾肾阳虚型)的疗效。方法选取2018年1月~2019年2月临清市潘庄中心卫生院肝硬化腹水(脾肾阳虚型)患者92例,依据随机数字表法分组,各46例。常规治疗基础上,对照组采用穴位贴敷及隔姜灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用参附仙桂汤直肠用药治疗。比较两组腹水消退有效率、治疗前、治疗2个疗程后24 h尿量、腹围。结果两组腹水消退有效率比较,观察组高于对照组;与对照组比较,治疗2个疗程后观察组24 h尿量较大,腹围较小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附仙桂汤直肠用药联合穴位贴敷及隔姜灸治疗肝硬化腹水(脾肾阳虚型),可有效增加尿量,减少腹水,缩小腹围。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Shenfu Xiangui Decoction rectal medication and acupoint application and ginger-separated moxibustion in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type).Methods Ninety-two patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites(spleen-kidney yang deficiency type)were selected from our hospital and grouped according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with acupoint application and ginger-separated moxibustion.The observation group was treated with Shenfu Xiangui Decoction on the basis of the control group.The effectiveness of ascites resolution,urine volume,and abdominal circumference were compared before treatment and 24 hours after treatment.Results The effective rate of ascites resolution in the two groups was compared.The observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the urine volume in the observation group was greater after 24hours andtheabdominal circumferencewas smaller(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfuxiangui decoction combinedwith rectalmedication and acupoint application and ginger-separatedmoxibustion to treat cirrhosis ascites(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)can effectively increase urine volume,reduce ascites,and reduce abdominal circumference.
