摘　　要：新支付方式改变了医院预交金支付,造成了医院现金流短缺,存在医院资金安全隐患和社会金融风险。只有不断务实创新,不断提高自身管理,避免内部隐患和外部风险,医院在市场经济中才能适应新形势的发展。The new payment method has changed the payment of hospital advance payment,which has caused a shortage of hospital cash flow,and there are hidden dangers of hospital funds and social financial risks.Only by constantly pragmatic innovation,constantly improving its management,avoiding internal hidden dangers and external risks,can hospitals adapt to the development of the new situation in the market economy.
