摘　　要：针对项目治理中利益相关者的利益诉求问题,论文提出了一种基于投资视角的讨价还价博弈模型。首先,论文分析了讨价还价博弈模型及其特点;其次,结合现代项目利益相关者博弈环境特征,建立了罗宾斯坦讨价还价博弈模型;最后,以罗宾斯坦讨价还价博弈模型为基础加入外部变量,建立了一种扩展博弈模型,提高了模型的实用性。Aiming at the problem of interest demands of stakeholders in project governance,this paper proposes a bargaining game model based on the investment perspective.Firstly,the paper analyzes the bargaining game model and its characteristics;secondly,combining with the characteristics of modern project stakeholders'game environment,the paper establishes the Rubinstein bargaining game model;finally,based on the Rubinstein bargaining game model,the paper adds external variables,establishes an extended game model,and improves the practicability of the model.
