摘　　要：改革开放以来,市场经济取代了计划经济,伴随着近年来的发展,市场经济体制也逐渐成熟完善,金融市场也得到了长足的发展,这为许多企业的筹资提供了多元的渠道。筹资渠道是企业发展的重要基石,反过来说,筹资风险也是企业经营的最大隐患。因此,筹资必须遵循适当的原则,如数量适度、节约成本、渠道合法。Since the reform and opening up,the market economy has replaced the planned economy.With the development in recent years,the market economy system has gradually matured and improved,and the financial market has also made considerable development,which provides diversified channels for many enterprises to raise funds.Financing channel is an important cornerstone of enterprise development,conversely,financing risk is also the biggest hidden trouble of enterprise management.Therefore,financing must follow the appropriate principles,such as moderate amount,cost saving,legal channels.
